| I finally, finally finished my thesis on Irish Catholic immigration. Phew! It was pretty much consuming my life, but now it is over. I am a lot more knowledgable about Irish American history (and the history of Ireland to an extent) as well as my family history, which is awesome. When my finals are done, I'll try to post the paper online. |

| So I can't get over how darn beautiful my parent's new house is. The whole area that they live in is stunning. Think Forest Gump/My Girl type landscape. Its just absolutely amazing, and I would live here if I could.
